- Fixed Outlook Bug with occurrence of repeating events (invalid recepients object after save), which caused empty subject field
- xCalendar now with "full" (full subject text), "body" in template name, will print those text (color is not used anymore, unless you specify "color").
- Marked occurrence will now be shown starting Print4OL, and not the Master anymore (before you had to use [Find] for a date range)
- #HTMLBody for Mails will print now the embedded images, too
- #RTFBody for Appointments and Tasks will accept SOME format "override" of the template for Fontname,Size,Left,Center,Right,Bold,Italic
- #RTFBody for Mails (and other items) will ONLY accept format "override" of the template for Fontname
- #Body (pure text) will accept ALL format of the template

  => You dont't have to associate the doc-types e.g. .pdf, .jpg ... to those programs, if you wish to use another program for daily use..

- Fixed: some Html-Emails are making a double line feed, because of a bug in the RTF<->HTML Microsoft-Engine with the tag "<span>".

- The Calendar templates can now show times in AM/PM and also show the Location:
  e.g. "XCalendar Sunday AMPM Loc.dot"
  "Sunday" in template name: Week starts with Sunday
  "AMPM"   in template name: shows times as e.g. 14PM
  "LOC"    in template name: shows the location in parenthesis e.g. (Switzerland)
  "X"      in template name, from v1.0.11!: does not show the enddate

- New fields for Mail-, Appointment- and Task-Item  (empty dates, if on same date for grouping)
  Appointments: #StartDate, #StartDateLong, #StartDateShort, #StartDateDay and #StartDateAmPm will be empty, 
                if previous item is on same date! For “only” the time use #StartTimeLong, #StartTimeShort, #StartTimeAmPm
                or #StartTime (best together with a “right tabstop”).
              + Use #EndTimeLong, #EndTimeShort, #EndTimeAmPm or #EndTime, if you don’t want to print the datestamp if “startdate” equals “enddate”…
  Mailitem....: #TimeDateLong, #TimeDateDay, #TimeDateAmPm and #TimeDate will be empty, if previous item is on the  
                same date! For “only” the time use #TimeTime or #TimeTimeAmPm (best together with a “right tabstop”).
  Taskitem....: #StartDateDate will be empty, if previous item is on the same date! Use #StartDateTime for “only” 
                the time (best together with a “right tabulator”).

- #CRLF --> if you want an empty line between dates.
- @Su  will put an empty line only before Sunday (just for events)
- @Mo  will put an empty line only AFTER a Sunday (for the next event, which perhaps is on Thuesday)

  English example: "AReport English with daybreak.dot", "MReport English with daybreak.dot"
  Deutsches Beisp: "AReport Deutsch mit daybreak.dot", "MReport Deutsch mit daybreak.dot"

  Its a little bit tricky to modify those templates, because the placeholders are longer then the later content
  Advice: first enter test content to make the report - afterwards replace content with placehoders...

- "ACalendar Start on Sunday.dot": If a calendar template name contains "Sunday" the week will start on Sunday (and not on Monday).
- New: Possibility to [Find] up to 2 years with the button [<=>]
