Print4OL ist ein MS-Outlook® COM-Addin welches Outlook-Einzelobjekte (Memoformat) oder Listen (Tabellenformat,
Reportformat, Kalenderformat und Labelformat) nach Word Dokumentenvorlagen ausdrucken kann (*.dot mit Platzhaltern für #Felder).

Die Ausdruckmöglichkeiten von Outlook sind etwas beschränkt, vorallem das sogenannte Memoformat.
Mit diesem Addin ist der Ausdruck nach Ihren Wünschen möglich, zb. mit Firmenkopf oder mit einer speziellen Auswahl von Feldern und Texten.
Das Resultat ist ein oder mehrere Worddokumente. Sie können diese auch direkt an den Drucker schicken, inkl. der Email-Anhänge!
Es werden sämtliche Elemente von Outlook unterstützt, wie zb. Emails, Kontakte, Termine, Aufgaben, Notizen und Journale.

- Die Vorlagen (Word *.dot) können frei nach Ihren Bedürfnissen angepasst werden.
- Erstellen Sie eigene Vorlagen aufgrund der mitgelieferten Dokumentenvorlagen.
- Alle Felder eines Elementes werden unterstützt, auch Benutzerdefinierte.
- Eine spezielle Vorlage mit allen verfügbaren Feldern inkl. Feldbezeichnungen und Funktionsweise ist vorhanden.
- Übersetzung in andere Sprachen möglich.
- Selektieren Sie vorgängig die Elemente, oder finden Sie diese nach Datumsbereich.
- Die Sortierung kann geändert werden (Klick auf Spaltenbezeichnung)
- Serientyp und Serienregel von Terminen und Aufgaben werden als Text gedruckt.
- Email-Anhänge können gespeichert, gedruckt und mit dem Worddokument verknüpft werden.
- Einfach in der Handhabung
- Ideale Ergänzung zu iCal4OL, um zb. die benutzerdefinierten Synchronisations-Felder zu unterdrücken.

Print4OL is a MS-Outlook® COM-Addin for printing or showing single (memo style) or multiple (table style, report style, calendar style or label style)
items in MS-Word®, using Word Templates (*.dot with place holders for #Fields).
Price: only 10 EUR (~$14)
The printing capability of Outlook is somehow limited, specially in the so called Memo Style.
With this addin you can format your print output as you wish,
e.g. by adding a company header or by adding special fields or text.
The print result is one or more Word documents. You may print them also directly to your default printer, including the email attachments!
All item classes (types) of Outlook are supported, e.g. emails, contacts, appointments, tasks, note or journal.

- Add your own templates by copying the provided templates.
- All kind of properties (fields) are supported, also userdefined.
- A special template with all possible fields and description is included.
- Translation in any language possible.
- Select items first in explorer window, or Find them later by a date range.
- Change the sorting order by clicking on the column headers.
- Recurrence type and rule of appointments and task can be printed as text.
- Attachments can be saved, printed and linked with the word document.

FIRST go to menu: Tools - Trust Center
- Macro Security: [X] No security check for macros
and under
- Add-Ins: [X] Apply macro security settings to installed Add-Ins
and close Outlook again!
